So it’s summer finally and it’s turned hot, really hot, so how are you supposed to keep your sex life going in this weather? There’s no doubt that the hot weather is draining and that it can play havoc with your bedroom action, especially when you are spending all your time and energy just looking for ways to keep cool. Never fear, we have killed two birds with one stone with July’s sex position of the month.
In fact we’ve killed three birds with one stone! The Power Shower allows you to keep the passion alive during the scorching summer months, whilst keeping cool and also fulfilling the desire that most people have to get down and dirty in the water.
Top tip – Sex is exercise and if you’re going at it in this heat then it’s always best to take a break and make sure that you hydrate!
The Power Shower
Step 1 - Part fill your bath with cool (not freezing water – that does nobody any good, least of all him!).
Step 2 - Get your man to sit down in the bath, legs out in front of him (best to go with the no tap end for this!).
Step 3 - Kneel in the bath with your back to your man and your legs either side of his, get the shower going (again cool but not cold water).
Step 4 - Back up towards your guy, leaning forward slightly and using the sides of the bath for balance, until he can enter you from behind.
Step 5 - As he gets busy behind you, you can guide the shower head to just where it needs to go.
This is a great position for both parties and offers a cooling alternative to other sex positions – enjoy!
Top tip – Sex in water means that you should use a silicone based lube rather than a water or oil based product. It’s ironic but having sex in water can dry your natural lubrication right up!
