Product Returns

  1. We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “Product Returns” webpage.
  2. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange your returned goods, We will reimburse your credit or debit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
  3. Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return a faulty or damaged product you may return the product to our bussiness address stated on your invoice. Your return postaged costs will not be refunded to you. Please provide a valid proof of purchase e.g.Invoice, receipt or the packaging slip. Unwanted product will not be refunded in any case. Customers have 10 working days of receiving there goods of which they can return only if faulty or damaged anything more than 10 days will not be accepted.
